Lawn and Landscaping Account Manager: The Account Manager is responsible for 4 to 5 lawn or landscape crews (16 to 20 employees) to ensure all their job responsibilities are completed in a timely manner. The Account Manger is also the single point of contact for the customer and must be able to handle any lawn or landscape needs they might have; GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A MUST!!
Landscape Project Manager: 5 plus years of landscape construction experience. Must have extensive knowledge of hardscapes, irrigation, grading, plant ID, and blue print take offs. A successful Project Manager delivers multiple projects simultaneously adhering to promised schedules, at planned gross profit, while giving attention to detail as well as holding our crews to our quality standards.
Lawn Care Sales and Service Manager: number 1 responsibility is sales for residential and commercial lawn and shrub care applications. Strong sales skills are a must! Turf and shrub identification are
needed, OTPS is preferred but not required. Lawn Care Sales and Service Manager will also meet with customers and handle complaints and service calls to prevent cancels, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A MUST!!!!!
Fleet / Facility Maintenance & Truck Mechanic: In house Fleet and Facility Maintenance Technician with 5 plus years of experience working with gas and diesel engines truck maintenance and repair preferred. Must have own tools. Job includes full-time year-round work and access to commissions, bonuses, health insurance, and 401K. Must have clean driving record and be able to pass pre-employment drug screen.
Irrigation Technician: Prefer 3 to 5 years of irrigation experience doing irrigation repair and installation. Must be able to work both alone and with a team, detail orientated, good customer service skills, and willing to do what it takes to get the job done. Full-time year-round work, salary based on experience.
Lawn Maintenance Team Members: Mowing lawns using push and riding mowers, trim and edge using gas powered trimmer, hand pull weeds, pick up trash, and operate back pack blower. Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions, lift 50 lbs, pass a pre-employment drug screen, walk 10+ miles a day, and follow directions.
